Payment information: Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

4. AI Processing & Third-Party Services

TrainerDocs uses third-party AI providers to generate ebook content. When you initiate ebook generation, the client profile data you have entered is transmitted to our AI provider solely for that purpose. We select providers who uphold strong data security standards.

We use Supabase for database hosting and authentication. Your account and client data is stored securely within their infrastructure. We may also use third-party analytics tools to understand platform usage in aggregate, anonymised form.

5. Client Data & Your Responsibilities

As a fitness professional using TrainerDocs, you act as a data controller in relation to your clients' personal information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate legal basis to collect and process your clients' data, and for complying with relevant data protection laws in your jurisdiction. TrainerDocs processes this data as your data processor, only as directed by your use of the platform.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only in the following circumstances:

• With AI and infrastructure providers as necessary to operate the Service
• With payment processors to handle billing
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of TrainerDocs or others
• In connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, where your data would remain subject to this policy

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Client data entered into the platform is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a short period thereafter to allow for account recovery.
